All prices displayed on our website are in AUD (Australian Dollars).
Import Fees
Import Duties & Customs Fees
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
Our Responsibility
Watchbrick will cover any applicable import duties and customs charges for your order. Customers will not be required to pay additional duty-related fees upon delivery.
General Guidance
For Australian and New Zealand orders valued under AUD $1,000, import duties are generally not applied, though local regulations may vary. Where any applicable charges arise, Watchbrick will handle them on the customer’s behalf.
Shipping Rates
We proudly offer Free Express Shipping on all custom watch orders to supported destinations.
There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Cut-Off Time: 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri, AEST)

Every Watchbrick timepiece is custom-built. We do not ship pre-assembled inventory.

Tracking Information
Once the build phase is complete, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your DHL Express tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become fully active in the carrier system.
Packaging & Order Protection
All timepieces are shipped using high-grade protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
High-value shipments are packaged in discreet outer cartons for enhanced security.
Address Accuracy & Verification
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including unit numbers where applicable).
If an address is flagged as incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you for verification. This may delay order processing.
Order Cancellation
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing:
Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted if the custom build process has already begun.
Change of Shipping Address
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.
Once the shipment has been handed to DHL Express, we are unable to modify the destination address.
Failed Delivery / Missed Attempts
If unavailable during delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery.
Customers are responsible for coordinating redelivery or collection with the local carrier.
Unclaimed packages returned to us may incur a reshipping fee.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting:

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we use express carriers, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (Mon–Fri), please contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
Delivery Confirmation
A “Delivered” status in the carrier tracking system serves as final confirmation of delivery.
Watchbrick is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Returns & Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-approved in writing by Watchbrick.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Watchbrick is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, clearance procedures, or regulatory backlogs in the destination country.
