We mainly offer worldwide express shipping. Most orders are delivered within DHL EXPRESS 4-8 business days after dispatch. You'll receive full tracking details once your watch ships.

This status appears right after dispatch. Your parcel has already been handed over to DHL, but because we ship in bulk via a commercial broker, it may take a few days before DHL scans and updates the system. During peak seasons or Hong Kong hub congestion, this delay is normal. Please note that such delays are caused by DHL’s handling process and are beyond our control.

A Seiko Mod is part of a new watch customization culture — using Seiko automatic or quartz movements (like NH34 or NH35/72 and VK63) and pairing them with high-quality aftermarket custom cases, dials, and bezels to create a one-of-a-kind timepiece.

It’s not an official Seiko product, but it carries the heart of Seiko craftsmanship in a fully personalized design.

Yes. Our watches are conservatively rated at 3 ATM for everyday water resistance and are not recommended for swimming, showering or diving.

While our completed watches may be pressure-tested up to 5 ATM before dispatch, passing a pressure test does not mean a watch is designed for regular swimming.

A Seiko Mod is individually assembled using multiple components — including the case, crystal, crown, caseback and seals. Unlike a purpose-built dive or swimming watch, the overall design is not intended for repeated or prolonged water exposure.

For this reason, we prefer to be transparent rather than simply advertise a higher ATM number. Even when a watch successfully passes a 5 ATM pressure test, we conservatively rate it at 3 ATM and recommend it for everyday use, rain and occasional splashes only.

A higher ATM claim doesn’t necessarily mean a better-built watch — proper testing and honest usage guidance matter more.

Yes! You can build your own Seiko mod using our online customization tool. Select every detail and we’ll hand-assemble it for you.

Yes! Each Watchbrick timepiece comes with a 12-month limited warranty, covering mechanical movement issues. Damage from water, drops, or general wear is not covered.
